The hotel has a lot of things to fix before it meets very basic expectations

Location, and the stuff was very friendly

I asked for an early arrival: 2pm instead of 4 pm, and I got a confirmation it was ok. However, when I arrived at 2:30, there was no room for me available. Also, a shower handle was broken, an electric teapot had no electrical cord to plug it in, and WiFi was on and off all the time.

Lindo el lugar pero falta de limpieza

La ubicación es excelente, la zona y las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Pedí que me cuidarán mis maletas ya que mi regreso a casa en autobús era más tarde y muy amables me dijeron que si. Tiene una terraza padrísima.

El cesto de basura del baño estaba lleno, había mucho polvo en la habitación, el cesto de basura de la cocina igual estaba lleno. El jabón líquido de la regadera estaba vacío.

Departamento recomendado pero para muy corta estadía

Tiene una buena ubicación cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y museos. El departamento es espacioso, el mobiliario está en buenas condiciones, destacando la limpieza del lugar al recibirlo.

Al inicio tuvimos buena comunicación con el host, pero una vez instalados en el departamento dejó de contestar mis mensajes, específicamente cuando le pregunté si podía proporcionarnos un calentador, ya que en la ciudad estaba haciendo frío por la época del año en la que visitamos (febrero) y porque en si el departamento es helado. No obtuve ninguna solución frente a esto. Pregunté también dónde debía tirar la basura y tampoco respondió. Para un par de días recomiendo, para larga estadía como la mía no, ya que no te ofrecen servicio de aseo ni te dejan materiales mínimos para tu poder hacerlo (no había escoba, recogedor, cepillo para limpiar el baño, etc)

Buen ubicación, lenta la comunicación

Esta en buena ubicación, tiene todo lo que ofrecen en la publicación, la comunicación es vía booking entonces no contestan de manera inmediata, deben preguntar con tiempo sus dudas. Se nos bloqueo la entrada del cuarto, y decidimos ya no salir por que no sabíamos si podíamos volver a entrar y ese tema no nos fue resuelto. Como solo íbamos un día no nos importo mucho, pero hubiera sigo un gran problema si nos hubiéramos quedado más días.

La comunicación o solución de problemas puede ser lenta al depender solo de los mensajes de booking.

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en este lugar ya que la ubicación es perfecta y puedes llegar caminando tranquilamente a varias plazas.

Excelente opción para la zona en que se ubica

El departamento lucía todo nuevo así como su mobiliario. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. Las camas eran cómodas y contaban con muchas almohadas y cojines. La sala y comedor son agradebles y cómodos. El acceso fue muy fácil y práctico utilizando códigos. La conexión a Internet era buena en todo el departamento y era rápida.

Le consulté sobre la clave del wifi de unos de los dos departamentos que renté al anfitrión y no me contestó. El baño es pequeño y el acceso es compartido por ambos cuartos. Se percibe mucho el ruido de los otros cuartos e incluso de otros pisos.

Buena ubicación. Instalaciones limpias y cómodas.

Jamás hubo comunicación con el anfitrión/recepcion. Queríamos pagar una noche más y jamás nos respondieron. Intentamos llamar al número de contacto y nada, escribimos por WhatsApp y tampoco. No imagino si se hubiera presentado una emergencia, que hubiéramos hecho!
