Relax in this lovely 2 bedrooms, liv room w/ full size sofa bed &, 2 baths condo featuring pool, gym w/ sauna basketball/tennis /volleyball court, private beach access, 2 car parking. Bedrooms include TV’s, charging station, a/c, & ceiling fan in master room, Kitchen has ice-maker fridge, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster, cake mixer, oven stove & coffee corner. Laundry area w/ high efficiency washer/ dryer, iron & ironing board. 2 balconies , hammock, fan,s TV w entertainment center with games.

The gated community itself was safe and clean, the apartment was in less than acceptable conditions. It needs major renovation such as working ventilation in both bathrooms and a deep cleaning. The walls and floors had visible dirt and mildew buildup, and the bedsheets were not clean. While the in-unit washer and dryer allowed us to wash them ourselves, this should not have been necessary.The apartment was also missing basic essentials such as dish soap and any cleaning products and paper towels. Another concern was at the pool, where other guests were openly smoking marijuana while we were there with our young children, which was very disappointing.The host was attentive, responsive, and apologetic about these issues, but overall the apartment fell short of our expectations. With proper updates, and thorough cleaning this could be a great rental. I would return only if these changes are made.
