About this apartment rental
Beautiful beach penthouse with a great view, with all conveniences in a safe gated community. Fully furnished with free WiFi and filtered water. Includes a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Full Air Conditioning, Two bedrooms on the ground floor with one queen size bed, one full Bed, one twin bed, plus one futon sofa bed. A/C, and wall to wall mirrored closets. Beds have pillow top mattresess.
Other bedroom upstairs, private, with air conditioner, fully furnished with private terrace (penthouse), two balconies and beautiful view.
Two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom. Dining and living room area, big flat screen TV, Free Netflix & Amazon TV.
Condo is a 4th floor (no elevator ) walkup with two balconies and a private terrace with partial ocean view and forest.
Condo has what you need for the beach; beach towels, ice chest, beach chairs. It is Resort Style living with 24/7 security that has direct access to private beach, tennis court, basketball court, gym with sauna and showers, 3 children playgrounds, two pools, beach volley ball court, and more. Why Should I Rent This Condo?: For less than the cost of a single hotel room with a crowded beach and pool, you can have a full-size, fully furnished 3 bedroom home complete with two quiet pools just steps away, a secluded beach within walking distance, and your own private terrace. The condo location is perfect, one balcony overlooks the forest while the other balcony has a partial ocean view. Only 30 minutes from the San Juan International Airport (Luis Munoz Marin). Ideal for an affordable family vacation or romantic getaway in the northeast coast of Puerto Rico, where the most beautiful beaches are located like Luquillo Beach. Within 5-15 minutes of golf courses, casinos, horse race track, bike trail, restaurants, shopping mall (Beltz Outlets), and the world famous attraction El Yunque Rain Forest (waterfalls and natural swimming pools). Just minutes away form the town of Fajardo with ferries to the islands of Culebra (Flamenco's world class beach) and Vieques.
In Puerto Rico is highly recommended to rent a car, public transport is nonexistent and taxi service is very expensive.
Loiza has more than 7 beaches around it that you can visit or search on any Map app: Piñones Beach, Three Palmitas Beach, Airplane Beach, La Posita de Piñones, Torrecillas Beach, Vacía Talega Beach, Piñones Hidden Beach, and Bonita Beach. All of these are located minutes from the Resort and are spectacular.
Also, public beaches like Carolina, Luquillo or Seven Seas in Fajardo, are great with calmer waters, showers, bathrooms and parking. On the South Playa Santa in Guánica, Buyé in Cabo Rojo, Combate in Cabo Rojo or a day at Caja de Muertos from Ponce (there is a private boat that takes you there for the day). Also, you can check daily snorkeling trips from Fajardo to Culebra or Icacos.
Also you can spend a day at ElYunque, Old San Juan, kayak o paddle board at the Condado Lagoon, drive to Cayey for the pork route to eat roasted pork, arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas) and all the wonderful foods sold at Guavate. You can combine Guavate with a short easy hike at Charco Azul in Patillas. Consider Ponce, or the Camuy Caverns, Toro Verde for zip lining, for a day trip. Also, close by Carabalí for go carts, horseback riding or four tracks. You can eat over Carabali or close by at Don Pepe or at the Luquillo Kiosks.

The property was very clean and nice. It was a good location to be able to go explore San Juan, Luquillo, and El Yunque. Eddie was a great host and very responsive to any and all questions!

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico, and the stay exceeded our expectations. We have previously used Vrbo for vacations, and once we decided on this property, the owner was excellent to work with. He communicated frequently and continued his follow-up during our stay to ensure our experience was what we had expected. I would recommend this property.

Although the condominium, itself, is pretty accurately depicted, the neighborhood of the condominium complex is the most crime-ridden in Puerto Rico. The beach access is right off the condo complex. However, it is dangerous, with broken glass, concrete and other debris in the water.
The living unit, itself, is pretty nice. Though, the shower handle doesn't work in one of the bathrooms. It is also four flights of stairs to the unit, without an elevator. It was without any kitchen towels, as well.
