Aquatika 2303

Great location for exploring the area. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The multiple pools and small beach were great and enjoyed by my kids!

Needs some serious updates, but nothing that hampered our stay at all. Great value for the price and age.

Our host was very communicative. He gave clear directions for check in.

We loved aquatika 2303! Was a perfect home base for our family with my 7 yo and 14 month old. The 5 pools were clean, warm, and fun (with multiple hot tubs, too!). There are two children's playgrounds, mini golf, soccer field, volleyball court, basketball, and beach access. The apartment itself was so spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. A/C worked great, nice big dining table, and well-stocked kitchen for cooking at home. The apartment was also well stocked with toys/accessories to use around the property. So we had beach towels, 2 pool floats, 2 beach chairs, multiple pool noodles, and balls for all the various sports (see above). The location was awesome because Loiza was only 45 min from Old San Juan, 25 minutes from Yunque rainforest, and 45 minutes from Fajardo. So we could easily go out each day to see the major sites, but then come home to a quieter location. Loved it and will definitely be recommending to friends and fam!

The outdoor rooftop space was not really usable for us. The paint on the ground itself was peeling and moldy, so it would have been dangerous for us to let our kids out there. But the apartment was still very spacious and we didn't feel we needed the outdoor space.
