About this space
Excellent place to sit back, relax and enjoy your time away from home. My goal is for you to have an amazing vacation, perfect for all activities on the north east of the island. The apartment is comfortable for 8 guests.
Aquatika has 7 pools, 3 Jacuzzi, Lazy river, pool slide, 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball, mini golf, BBQ facilities, 3 play yard.
The space
Guest have full access to the property except, walking closet on master room, one utility closet and laundry( unless stay will be more than a week).
For the use of the resort, I need full names of each guest staying immediately for admittance to resort area 2 days prior to arrival minimum or no admittance will be granted. In addition, you will be fitted with a wristband which must be worn at all times of your stay.
Other things to note
- The apartment is located on the second floor. There is no elevator service.
- Prices may vary according to seasons.
- Guest will provided with the beach access key, if lost there will be an additional $100 cost to replace it.
- Visits to guest, it's not allowed

The room was fantastic. The beach was about a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The pools were amazing. Just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay so I rated it good. The convenience store at the entrance to the property was amazingly helpful. There’s also a small bar at the entrance of the property. The property needs a facelift but is clean. Tho the pools need to be kept cleaner. There are several strays on property but they were friendly. The beach is not very big & there are a lot of rocks in the water so be careful. There’s lots of beach trees for shade. They need a better gate process. Guests wait while they check in instead of having new guests pull to side or use the 2nd gate to let existing guests in. 2 days we waited 15 to 20 minutes to get in which is rather aggravating on vacation. Also be aware you need equipment for the amenities. If owner of your rental does not provide basketball, tennis balls or miniature golf clubs, you will not be able to use amenities. There is no waterpark. There is a pool with 1 water slide which is open Sat/Sun w/ some water canons to shoot. It’s extremely generous to call it a “water park”.The deepest pool is 4 feet in the water slide pool. All other pools max at 3.6 feet. I felt surrounding neighborhood was safe. Property is smack in the middle of San Juan & Fajardo & close to El Yunque. I’m not sure I would stay here again for reasons listed above. Our family found the wristband to be extremely annoying but we recognized concept. Overall good for price but not great.

This was a great property for what I needed just a few days away from everything I do wish it was a little bit closer to everything like the main attractions in San Juan however with traffic it ended up being an hour as opposed to the 30 minutes I mapped out. However communication with the host was amazing check in with super easy property was nice a little beat up from hurricanes on the outside however the apartment was great! Only minor issues was there was no washcloths the shower in the bedroom did not get hot And there wasn't a lot of ingredients to cook with. However I look forward to returning and bringing my children! The host was super helpful and kind He even put together a little birthday decoration surprise which was super sweet!
