Aqua Sandy Squirrel is located in Union Pier just 2 blocks from Whistle Stop and 2 blocks from the Luna/Gowdy Private Association Beach. This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large screened porch, loft with two desks and monitors and a fire pit. As you enter the home you experience the openness of the space, it's brightness and beautiful colors. The living room has plenty of space to lounge while someone is preparing a meal. There's a large dining table and island that allows for 12 guests to dine together. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine from the coffee/wine bar located next to the island. Just outside the dining room is a large screened porch with lounge seating and a dining table. This is an amazing space and you will likely spend much of your time here! The main floor has three bedrooms. One primary suite with a full bath that features a walk in shower. The second and third bedroom both have queen beds. The laundry room is also on the main floor. Upstairs in the loft there are two desks with monitors available in case you have to work (but not too much because you have to go to the beach). The fourth bedroom and rec room are located on the second floor. As you enter the room there's a bathroom with walk in shower, a large room to hang out and watch TV, play games or just relax and a bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. The backyard features a fire pit, swing and outdoor shower. This home is located just blocks from the Luna/Gowdy Private Association Beach and blocks to Whistle Stop and Red Arrow Road House.

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
