Perched at the tip of Tondreau's Point with sweeping views of Quahog Bay, this cozy Maine cottage is the ultimate spot for soaking in sunrises, watching lobster boats pass by, or simply breathing in the salty sea air.
Step up the ramp and into a well-equipped galley-style kitchen, perfect for preparing fresh seafood or family meals. Flow seamlessly into the open dining and living area, designed for entertaining and relaxation. From here, step out onto the screened-in porch for dining al fresco or enjoying a quiet evening with the ocean breeze, indoors or outdoors, every meal comes with a view.
The first floor also offers the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom with tub, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, plus another full bathroom with tub at the top of the stairs.

This is an ideal location for workcation or vacation. We actually did both.
Plenty of space to work remotely for several people. We brought a hot spot but never needed it! We loved the chance to work while taking in the view.
When not working, I could have spent all day on one of the window seats reading and looking out at the sailboats and work boats as they came by.
Location is very convenient to sights and restaurants in Harpswell and Brunswick. Yet at the end of road we felt like we were on our own island.
House has a great kitchen, basement with ping pong etc., dock to launch a canoe/kayak. Plenty of outdoor seating - large screened in porch, front porch and adirondack chairs in the yard.
Well decorated, impeccably clean.
Can't say enough good things.

We had a great time despite the cold and rain. Idyllic spot right on the water. Great screened porch. Comfy cozy cottage with plenty of space.
