Nestled in a quiet cove on Smith Mountain Lake - you are sure to get the rest & relaxation you are searching for. Less than 30 minutes from SML state park, horseback riding at spring valley farm, a glass of wine at Hickory Hill Vineyards and shopping at Bridgewater marina OR just relax by the pool! With busy schedules & constantly on the go - everyone needs a lake get-away like this every now and then!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for the bed, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and pool towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
3. What does the kitchenette include? –The kitchenette is stocked with everything from a toaster, mini waffle maker, pressure cooker, various size pots & pans, and a Keurig Machine.
4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a Pack-N-Play.
5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There are gas grills under the cabana next to the pool and grilling utensils provided.
6. Do you allow pets? – Not at this time.
8. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 3:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 11:00 AM on the day of your departure.
9. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide a Smart TV for you to login to your streaming services. We also provide local cable TV.
10. What type of internet do you provide? – We provide unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
11. How many parking spaces are there? - You are allowed 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT.
12. How deep is the pool and is it heated? - The pool is right around 5’ deep in the deepest corner and is not heated.
13. What are the pool hours? - 9am -10pm (subject to change). The pool is open Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- You will be provided remote access to the pool and boat ramp areas. You will have access to this and the boat slip for the duration of your stay. We will provide you with boat slip and trailer parking hangtags. These must be left at the condo upon your departure. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 charge per card.

Overall was a great stay. A little smaller than expected, but we were barely there. So it was fine. Clean. Contact with host was great they do respond right away. We only stayed 2 nights 3 days. We didn’t need to use the boat slip, but it is definitely a perk if you are renting a boat. We ended up using my sisters. The only thing I struggled with was the keypad. We came to CONDO, late, and we could not get in. We were exhausted. And it was dark. No light by the door. Luckily. My husband figured it out. There is a delay in the keypad. Just know that when getting in. I think I am just used to hotel stays where you actually hear the lock. It may just be me, but good stay.
