Striper's Landing is in a convenient location in Moneta off of Scruggs Rd. about 5 miles to Westlake Town Center for all your shopping needs. Waterfront location is on Gills Creek off of the Blackwater Channel, which is very popular for skiing, wakeboarding & fishing.
Engineered wood floors, custom cabinetry throughout, granite countertops in kitchen, entirely tiled full bath w/ rain forest marble countertop. Well-appointed with comfortable accessories, linens & towels provided, well stocked kitchen including a spice rack plus a Keurig Coffee Maker (carafe style also) & also beautifully furnished. One queen sized bedroom & Lazyboy sleep sofa in living room. Queen Size Air mattress also available. Just bring your personal items, beach towels & favorite pillow if desired (nice bamboo covered pillows provided). Shower Dispenser just installed with Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash.
Beautiful Sunsets! Condo & deck overlooks the Olympic sized swimming pool, which is situated below, right on the lake. Pool is normally open between Memorial Day & Labor Day. The owners, on premises, boat slip is currently available for you to use during your stay if needed. Currently offering a reduced rate of $10.00 per night (normally $15.00)! Owner leases this on-site slip for $800.00 a year, so it will be available during your stay if you need it. Boat ramp on site for your use & parking for your trailer. Tags for trailer & boat parking are required by the POA to avoid towing & are provided by owner. You are free to use the boat ramp & parking area if boat slip rental/use is not desired. If you lease the boat slip or trailer a boat to use the ramp, this additional information will be provided to you. Boat slip fee is not automatically added, so let me know if it is needed & so I can adjust the fee onto your rate quote. If you already booked the condo & now need it, I can send you an invoice for its use.
Stripers Landing Condos are located on Gills Creek near mile marker G-10 at SML & super convenient to Westlake Town Center & SML Restaurants.
This cozy top floor getaway offers one of the best lake views in the development, from the center of the left condo building (1085 Bluewater Dr. Moneta, VA.). There is a center ramp from the parking lot with only two half flights of stairs for easy access. A wonderful affordable option for your vacation getaway at Smith Mountain Lake.
Newly resurfaced Olympic Sized Pool & Picnic Pavilion with new furniture, restrooms/showers, ice machine, Tennis Courts & Laundry Facility on site. Pool is opened at least Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Room very clean contacting the host and getting information no problem excellent Lakeview. The pool was closed on our stay. The parking lot where I had to store my boat while out of the water had no power for charging the boat. I was told that it did the parking lot where the boats are kept needs some work. If the outlets were working, they were on the wrong side of the parking lot for boat storage. It’s a nice place to stay, but if you’re taking a boat with you, you better be able to maneuver.

We had a nice stay. Beautiful area. Strong boat culture. The condo was comfortable enough for 2 adults but bordered on tiny living. Bed filled the whole room with little space to walk around to get in to bed. Most things we wanted to do were on the other side of the lake so lots of 20-30 min drives (park, winery). Chairs and umbrellas at the pool claimed early in the day made that less inviting if you weren’t going to be at the pool all day. That said it was very clean and serviceable. Especially if you have your own boat or jet skis. Convenient launch ramp as well as slips.
