About this apartment rental
Welcome to our relaxing get away. Our cute one bedroom waterfront condo is a little piece of paradise here at SML. The view is gorgeous from both inside and out! After a fun day outside, you can cozy up on the full size couch, the loveseat or the oversized chair to watch a show on one of the smart tv’s or, play one of the games off the shelf. If you prefer to sit outside and watch the sunset with an iced tea or glass of wine, this waterfront porch is the perfect spot. When you are ready to hit the sheets, you will enjoy the king size bed or the queen sleeper sofa. Once you are refreshed, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea which are both provided. The decor in the condo is very tasteful and will make you relax the moment you walk in. To cool off or just enjoy the sun or a picnic, you can go jump into the family friendly waterfront pool or sit with your little ones at the kiddie pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and restrooms w/ showers just steps away. If you play tennis you’ll love the onsite courts. There is a fully stocked kitchen but if you prefer a good cookout, enjoy the poolside gazebo with large gas grills and several outdoors seating areas. The location is convenient to the Westlake Center, the County Park, and the Bridgwater Marina where you’ll find an arcade, great local shops and live music on weekends. It’s also only a short boat ride to Gills Creek or Crazy Horse marinas.
There is a nice boat launch at the condo but no slip will be available for you with this rental. There is a large area near the launch for your boat and trailer. We hope you will be here to visit soon and we look forward to hosting you! Great MID lake location
NOTE The last day the pool will be open is usually the Monday after LABOR DAY . The Cabana and bathrooms will stay open longer to enjoy the fall weather before needing to be winterized.

Lots of hooks in bathroom- which is wonderful. Easy check in and out.The unit is a bit worn, including coach in sitting area and front door that we were unable to lock from the inside. Place felt a bit musty and was not as clean as I expected, including the front porch which needed a deep sweep.
