This newly renovated Coastal studio-style condo offers up to four guests a whole condo experience in a single living space. The condo even has a small kitchen with all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker/Keurig — a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites!
Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Call loved ones or post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing.
IMPORTANT
Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays)
THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash(no debit).
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL TIME while on the property for safety
No smoking is allowed in Condo. Non pet-friendly resort.

Check in lady was a little hostile but other than that the place was clean and nice for 3. Loved the cats in the parking lot they are so cute. Very close beach access too

The location is perfect, not far from everything, but far enough to feel a little less crowded on the beach. In my opinion, the room is too small for 4 adults to comfortably live. Maybe if it were 4 boys/men, it would be better. There were four females trying to get ready in one very tiny bathroom, no mirror except in the bathroom, and limited counter space. The shower only has one temperature, it’s warm, but not necessarily hot. The room smelled musty each time we walked back in. The battery on our door lock was dead when we arrived, but the office sent maintenance over within 30 minutes and fixed it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the pool and location.
