The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The office is located on the first floor to the left as you walk in. The fee is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).

This unit was great! Loved the pool and the kiddie pool for my 3 year old. It was really nice being so close to the beach and having someone who would set up a chair and umbrella for us. The snack shack by the pool was very convenient and there were plenty of places to eat near by. My only complaint was I love taking baths on vacation and the plug for the drain in the tub didn’t work. Which also made it hard to give my daughter a bath. Besides that, everything was clean and just as pictured!

Kitchen sink could not be used- faucet not working. No oven pans or cooking utensils present. Ac unit struggled the entire time and room temp never got below 74 degrees and the humidity was terrible in the room. All our clothes in suitcases were damp.
But the absolute worst was 4 females trying to get ready with ONE mirror in the unit (bathroom) and the lack of power outlets. No outlets in the bathroom with the only mirror. Some of the outlets in dining room and behind bed had fire/heat damage. I used the kitchen outlet and my reflection in the oven glass to get ready for dinner. I have always stayed at TOG and love the property but it is clear that this unit is not appropriate to rent. Im not sure if this unit belongs to a new inexperienced owner or if they just don’t care but Definitely not worth over xxxx.xx for 3 days. I booked another trip for next month with another owner. Praying for better accommodations. .
