This recently remodeled and elegant Gulf-front studio accommodates up to four guests, providing a comfortable sleeping space. The condo features a small but fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including pots, pans, blenders, a coffee machine, and a Keurig. Enjoy your meal sitting in the cute dining area. Sleep soundly in a new King-size bed fit for a king and queen. Note that the unit also offers a leather sofa sleeper. (full size), Relax while watching a movie with a 65-inch smart TV facing an INCREDIBLE beach/gulf view! This condo also features a small full bathroom and a walk-in closet, providing ample storage space.
The condo does not offer a private balcony, but its large bay window can be opened to hear the sound of the Majestic Gulf of Mexico. Every floor features two standard balconies with comfortable seating!
Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Post photos to social media using the WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in the fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing.

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (including children and infants of all ages). Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection—NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor, to your left as you enter. The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL times while on the property for safety

The door lock code would not open the door unless you pulled and pushed the door a specific way, the ventilation in the bathroom looked like mold/dust needed to be cleaned from it. Besides that, it was a very comfortable room, great AC, comfy beds, all of the kitchen stuff was there. Overall pleased.

When we first got there the lock on the door took 1 million tries to finally get it open. The floors were sandy, some of the outlets didn’t work, only one stove eye worked out of 4, the tv also would not turn on. The location was nice however because it was on the beach and close walk to the bars. The main thing about this property was that the door lock was always a hassle, so we ended up just keeping the door unlocked because we could never get it open easily. It kept saying “low battery” so we were scared we would get locked out permanently. Overall not a bad place, and had enough space for four 21 year old girls.
