About this house rental
Fantastic views, comfortable beds and everyone gets their own bathroom!
This spectacular luxury holiday home is perfectly positioned in Sunny Aspen Grove, only five minutes drive from central Queenstown. The uninterrupted views that Aspen Grove is famed for over Lake Wakatipu to the Remarkables are truly stunning for all who stay.
Each room is furnished with its own large flat screen TV and the underfloor heating throughout the entire house ensures warmth in the colder months.
The outdoor Hot Tub is private but still captures the views around.
The gourmet kitchen is adjoined to the main lounge and dining area which leads to an external deck, catching the morning sun - ideal for breakfast.
We have a Ski drying unit in the garage which is an added bonus.
BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS
• Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 King bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 King bed that can be split into 2 singles
• Bedroom 4: 1 King bed that can be split into 2 singles
• We can supply an additional two roll-away beds and linen for children's use only - there is an additional nightly charge per roll-away.

A special place to relax and enjoy a well earned break, 5 minutes cab ride gets you into the heart of town with all the attractions that Queenstown is famous for, if you just need supplies then the corner store is a short walk. The Outdoor Spa (Hot Tub), glorious views in a warm and spacious home with attention to detail has been done with the intention of making your holiday special and memorable.

Please be sure all four clips are undone before opening the lid and please be sure to cover the spa after each use

Great house, incredible views, handy location with easy access to town but also a local shop and bar/restaurant etc.Plenty of space and everything required to feel right at home straight away.

Perfect for our Hens bridal weekend.
Lots of personal privacy, foxs could hide in separate rooms off a long hall, lots of bathrooms.
Kitchen living dining great for a big group, very homey. Nice big Deck with the Remarkables view.
Dissapointingly the SPA wasn't working (thats a reason i chose it......)- i didn't stay in the house long enough to find out what else was not up to brief.
I think Poor form Queenstown for not delivering what you promise in your offers.
