Spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and great location close to main township. Views are incredible. Check in was easy with lockbox. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was really nice. I highly recommend staying here and would stay again!
We didn't have dishwashing tablets, so unfortunately were unable to run a cycle and had to handwash dishes. I was going to buy some however we only were staying 2 nights and it was meant to be supplied. The bathroom drains could definitely do with a clean, as they made the rooms smelly. It would have been nice to have the heaters on prior to our arrival, as it took awhile for it to heat up the house.

Sufficient rooms for big group and most rooms have ensuite bathrooms which is good.
Could have provided a lift. We have elderly traveling together so it was difficult for them to climb all the way to 3rd floor to enjoy communal space of living room & kitchen.

Location + easy & prompt communication with nice attitude. The host also allowed us to leave our luggage in the garage before & after the checkin/checkout time, which made our days in Queenstown much easier
