We stayed in No 13. Excellent 5 star cosy property, better than the provided photos! Everything was perfect including nice paintings, beds, kitchenware etc and selection of toiletries…
Just couple of things to improve from safety point of view - 1. The door gets easily opened from inside by young ones even after locked. There should be a child lock feature. 2. The balcony is not child safe, needs additional grills to the parapet. Also a minor repair thing for the owner’s notice that the rear bedroom window leave considerable gap even while closed which allows the cool breeze entering house all the time. It didn’t bother us as the heating was excellent!

The property was clean with a good kitchen and a lovely lake view. The 2 beds were comfortable and we also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Location in Fern Hill was perfect for us although driving to get into town is required.
We were told there was a sofa bed that one of our our teenage sons could sleep on, however the sofa bed provided was not usable. It was extremely uncomfortable, with old flimsy springs and a visibly worn and unclean mattress protector. As a result, our son slept on the floor for the entire 4 night stay. This was disappointing given the cost of the accommodation. We would not have booked had we known this. It was house #16
