Escape to paradise in our newly updated, air-conditioned beachside condo—located in the exclusive Del Mar Beach Club oceanfront community on the bluff of Solana Beach. Just steps away from the oceanfront deck, clubhouse amenities & private stair access to the beach!

Inside an exclusive gated community along Solana Beach, this oceanside condo boasts an open, split-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that overlooks a well-furnished back patio—perfect for guests to hang out together downstairs in comfort.
You can hear the ocean from each of the 2 large bedrooms, both featuring walk-in closets & private en suite bathrooms (equipped with bidet seats!): 1 king bedroom with a “smart” adjustable bed frame, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private balcony patio with seating.
For entertaining, enjoy the ample, cozy seating in the living area complete with a 65-inch OLED TV with YouTube TV and Roku included, or the furnished garden patio. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout!
The fully equipped kitchen houses brand-new “smart” stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, induction stove/oven, refrigerator, and even an air fryer—and we didn’t forget to include a coffee maker/grinder and a Keurig for your morning cup! We provide Keurig pods, popcorn, and some cooking staples should you like to cook—and a local guidebook to restaurants you can enjoy nearby.
On the main level off the kitchen, you'll also find a half bath (bidet equipped!) and a laundry closet with a washer & dryer if you need to do laundry in a pinch.
You also get access to two private, covered parking spots, one equipped with EV charging port, right next to the condo.
With an emphasis on family fun, we provide guests with board games, pool toys, boogie boards, pickle-ball paddles, tennis racquets, and beach gear & towels to enjoy the many amenities the Del Mar Beach Club provides:

Melinda’s condo was perfect for our family. It was quiet and peaceful. The semi-private beach was a game changer for us. We had one small issue with the property that was out of Melinda's control, but she quickly made it right for us. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Northshore Paradise! The location was perfect. Close enough for our family to travel to San Diego, and also north to Anaheim and Los Angeles for the day. We loved spending time at the beautiful beach located on the property, and at the heated pools. The gym was great to have on site. The home was extremely clean, organized, and comfortable. Our three boys were happy to watch TV in the morning before we went out for the day. You could hear the waves from the patio and from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked great. It was a perfect location for our family of five, and we can’t wait to return!
