This beautiful 2BR/2BA Condo is everything you dream of in beachfront vacation or get-away, including WHOLE HOUSE AC and HEATING ....one of the first and few anywhere on the Bluff. Complete 100% remodel and new modern layout, you will feel like you moved into the model home with all the latest in comfort and function.....high end appliances, jacuzzi tub, 2 large flat screen TV's, and did we mention, views of the entire Pacific Ocean while you sit in your family room or on the back deck. The condo is located on the main level, so NO climbing stairs up and down to parking and activities. 2 assigned and covered parking spaces are just outside the back of the condo, and with 2 patios with chairs, you can spend hours just relaxing and watching/listening to the waves crash below on the coastline.

The Del Mar Beach Club is the best development on the Solana Beach bluff.......4 pools, 2 spa/sauna areas, Fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts....and a clubhouse for just relaxing with panoramic views of the whole Pacific in a climate controlled setting.

An excellent choice as the condo overlooks the ocean making it tough to miss those idyllic sunsets. Love hearing the sound of the waves crashing during the day when stuck on laptop. Better, still, to walk right down the steps to the beach for a long walk. Congo is up to date, well appointed with a great kitchen, dining and hang out area. Easy parking and convenient location. Walk to restaurants too. No reason not to book!

Very convenient location! View is amassing. Place was clean but kitchen could be supplied a bit better with cooking utensils & towels, drawers smelled a bit musty. Just needed more time in dryer before stocking. A few small quirks during stay but response from host was very good.

Steve was super responsive, and the property was lovely. The view was just as pretty and dramatic as the photos looked. Beds were comfy, and maintenance to fix beeping fire alarm was very fast. Loved having the full kitchen; plenty of dishes. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant condo and a good siize for 4 adults and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to questions|concerns. One drawback: if you’re a bit mobility challenged: it’s a long flight to f stairs to get up and do an to the beach but the view of the Pacific Is unobstructed and dramatic. If I’m in the area, I would stay again.i

The appartment could be much better. The photos are from long time ago. So here are the negative points the owner should look into: - Kitchen cabinets and ustensils all sticky - Clogged sinks in bathrooms - Dirty bath joints - Old pillows smelly need to be trashed - Both rooms' mattresses are shot and totally horrible - Curtains half broken in leaving room - Fireplace broken - Several light bulbs broken - Windows dirty - Very humid appartment, with humidity smell...

We just loved our time in this lovely condo. Check in process so easy. Location in the complex could not be better!

We did not get our check in info before we landed on the night of check in. Host was quick to get us the code to get in but we couldn,t connect to the wifi so i couldn't pull up the documents that had the wifi info. The info in a picture frame on the wall is old log in information. After we got settled everything was pretty good. The jacuzzi tub did not work. My husband tried to fix it and the owner sent a handyman but it never worked during our stay. My kids were very disappointed but still managed to have a great time at the property. It really is a beautiful view.

The location is probably one of the best in all of Del Mar Beach Club! Beautiful view of the ocean and only a few steps to the stairs down to the beach! The parking spot was close to the door and there were no stairs to climb with luggage. Everything was as expected and Steve was very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful unit and beautiful views but unit had a “mildewy” smell ( I think) from the jetted tub in the master bath that we didn’t use for a variety of reasons one of which it was built in and not easy to access. And the owner sent a handyman to turn up the hot water temperature in the kitchen and fixed the sliding door screen. We also went across the street to use the heated pool, spa, and pickle ball court because the main pool and gym in our area was under renovations. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay.

This VRBO is as clean and beautiful as it looks in the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms clean and amazing, beds were a dream, and the couch was so comfy. Steve was attentive and quick to respond. There were no steps to enter the VRBO, as it was on the main floor. The view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area was breathtaking! I would note there are three flights of stairs to the beach. Which was absolutely beautiful and not busy (in May.) The pools didnt seem to be heated, or weren't warm enough to swim in. But that didnt matter to us at all as the weather was cooler. Absolutely beautiful place, and if the need arises to stay in Solana Beach again, I will be returning!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this condo. The unit has been updated and is well equipped including a gas grill and boogie boards which we made full use of! Having a full size washer and dryer is a real plus (we could have packed lighter). Listening to the waves while enjoying morning coffee on the veranda was wonderful. The unit has easy access to the beach. Steve was very responsive throughout our stay. Definitely recommend.

We loved staying at the Del Mar beach club. The beach is right down the set of stairs and it's connected to dog beach. The unit is oceanfront and main floor so no additional stairs. The parking is so easy right in front of the walkway to the home. It was easy to come and go as needed. We didn't expect any beach gear but there were chairs, toys, umbrellas, body boards, and a cooler! The whole house was very well stocked. The appliances and bathrooms are nicely remodeled. You are right next to the clubhouse and top floor viewing area. One of the pools is right next to the unit as well. Everything was so convenient! Great stay if you're going to the beach and exploring the del mar area!

This property is perfect. My family stayed here for Christmas and we had everything we needed! Heaters!!! Needed those during the rainy nights! The unit was close to beach access, community center, parking, hot tub and pool. Checkin, checkout and communication was easy. Super clean unit and fantastic views. Perfect Christmas vacation! We would stay here again for sure.

We were lucky to book this condo. The location was great. We loved the view. The parking for the condo was very convenient. Even though it was a little chilly while we were there we enjoyed the sunsets and the hot tub. Once it warmed for the second half of our stay we bought the kids boogie boards and enjoyed the beach right outside the condo. Please make note there are no beach chairs or beach towels so come prepared.

The view was partial. No privacy. Bed was so old mattress was just lumps. Pans old, needing replacing . Could not cook. The location was good, nice beach, condo was moderatly clean, but no way a 4.8 premiere property. ... Makes me question how you rate property and can I trust your ratings. Ive stayed at premiere locations in the past and was very happy. This was very disappointing.

It's a very updated spacious condo. We really enjoyed it's location in Solana Beach and the ocean breezes when having the sliding doors open. The reason I gave it a 4 star versus a 5 star is because it wasn't clear that the condo is right on the walkway to the beach stairs so there is not a lot of privacy on the patio as people are always walking by. Overall we really enjoyed the stay in the unit.

We've stayed at numerous places along the San Diego coast but never as far north as Solana Beach. We ended up being pleasantly surprised by this place. This condo is part of a private development with gated access where the vast majority of people are residents not visitors. Interestingly, this specific condo has its own microclimate. Sitting at the top of the bluff overlooking the ocean, it has a constant cool sea breeze all day long that kept the temperature between 65-74 whether it was cloudy or sunny. It was marvelous. As soon as you start walking inland, the climate changes. The complex has three heated pools, a viewing deck and a gym. There is also a staircase down to the beach. Unlike most of the other SD beaches, this one is not overrun. In fact, apparently because it is hemmed in by a series of private condo complexes, it is essentially a wide-open private beach. We spent a lot of time in the water or playing volleyball or other games on the beach. The condo was great for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the condo has high-end appliances and cookware. We had our SD family over for some meals and it was easy to sit 8 at the kitchen table to eat and play games. If you stay here, walk the two blocks to the Brigantine restaurant and bar for a meal or drinks. It is a great gathering place with great food. Or, have some drinks and walk two blocks to Bangkok Bay for some amazing Thai food. We have been to busier areas of SD but there are plenty of restaurants here. There are also two reserved parking spaces within 100 feet of your front door. We loved the place and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our time in Solana Beach. This property is very quiet and low key compared to other beach properties we have stayed at in San Diego. The beach is a short flight of stairs away from the property. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Wonderful experience. Condo is oceanfront. It is nicely appointed with attractive, modern tile in kitchen and bathrooms. It is very nice and we recommend it. The owner is very responsive. The only thing in the owner's description that I think is slightly misleading is "180 degree ocean view." The condominium complex "clubhouse" is next door to the right and extends forward of the condo which prevents a true 180 degree view. Nonetheless, it is OCEANFRONT and has beautiful views of the ocean. The main walkway to the beach access passes directly in front of this condo so there is a lot of walk-by traffic and conversation.

This VRBO was outstanding. The perfect location.. right on the ocean.. lovely sunsets. Walks on immaculate beach.. the water surprisingly warm! Everything inside the condo was high end. And check in and out a breeze.. I’m hoping we can return next year.. we will definitely stay here! Thanks Steve!
