PLEASE NOTE: the HOA will be completing exterior building maintenance from June through August, and scaffolding will be present on the ocean-facing side of the building, including near the balcony areas. To account for this temporary impact, a discount has automatically been applied for affected dates.

- Maximum occupancy of 5, sleeps 4 people in beds (1 King bed, 2 Twin beds)
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home, like many in the area, is not equipped with air conditioning.
- This home is NOT pet-friendly.

- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.

Wonderful place to stay. The only problem was the shower in the master bathroom. It was a little challenging to use because of a part broke.

We just loved this condo and location ! Friendly neighborhood , Dog Beach near by and walk both Solana Beach and Del Mar !! It was nicely appointed and would love to come stay next year as well !! Highly Recomend Del Mar beach club !!

When you walk into the place your first reaction is “Wow”. That view was incredible. We loved the location looking right out to the ocean. Being able to walk right down to the beach for sunset. We loved having the tennis/PB courts and the work out room. We were also able to walk to many restaurants and Delmar. We’ll definitely be back!!!

An absolutely gorgeous spacious place, clean with beach amenities stocked (umbrellas, chairs, boogie board, sand toys) great for couples and families. The view is unbeatable of the ocean from the main living space and patio too. Decor was elegant as well.
