About this house rental
Hodnett Cooper is proud to present this wonderful mid island home located in the well established Devonwood community. Located in central St. Simons Island and just a few miles from the beach, you can easily hop on the bike path and ride to historical landmarks, shops and restaurants. This four bedroom, three and a half bath home is newly furnished and features a fabulous saltwater pool.
Upon entering the home, guests immediately feel welcome. The updated space features a large living room, a gorgeous sitting area, an office space and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features a large island and custom cabinetry, making this space a chefs dream. The large dining table seats up to 8, the bar space seats an additional 2. The dining and living room have direct access to the back porch space and pool area where guests will enjoy using the grill to prepare their favorite surf and turf meals. Adjoined to the kitchen find a large laundry space and a half bath.
The large, private primary suite offers an en suite bath which features a tiled shower, separate soaking tub, and vanity.
On the opposite wing of the home are three bedrooms. The double queen room offers access to a Peloton bike and en suite. The queen room and two twin room share a jack and jill style bathroom. The home is complete with new HVAC throughout.
A double car garage is available for parking and offers a ping pong table and multiple bikes to enjoy the beautiful paths.
Here for an event? Devonwood's convenient mid-island location is the perfect way to get some privacy in close proximity to popular wedding and conference venues such as Sea Island (0.8 miles), Sea Palms (2 miles) or Epworth (3 miles).
The pool can be heated for a daily fee of $75 with a 3 days minimum.
Be advised there are EXTERIOR only cameras around the property to help maintain security of the premises.
During the summer season, this residence may require a 7-night minimum and may require a specific check in day of the week.

We had such a great stay. It's a beautiful home, very well laid out with modern amenities, but still some charm. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Perfect mid island location for easy access to Sea Island, and the village. Can't wait to return.

We stay in a VRBO about once a month, and most are in St. Simons. This is our favorite over the last 5 years. We come for golf and this house is convenient to the courses and is very beautiful and comfortable. Loved the pool and everything. Very nice.

Overall the house was great. We never did get the correct Wi- Fi password and the sheets on two (2) of the single beds had not been washed. We washed them and everything was fine after that.
