Welcome to OakLynn Retreat, a stunning brand-new vacation home located in the heart of St. Simons Island's most sought-after neighborhood—East Beach. Just a short walk to both the beach and marsh-side sunsets, this beautifully designed two-story retreat offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort, thoughtful design, and timeless island charm.
Inside, guests are welcomed by a spacious open floor plan anchored by a luxurious chef's kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a gas range, and a generous island ideal for gathering. The adjoining living area opens seamlessly to a screened-in porch, complete with ceiling heaters for year-round enjoyment.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Gatherings and special events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc., are not permitted. Student groups for Spring Break and Graduations are not allowed, even with parental guidance.

Beautiful house that was larger than the photos make it seem. Very well equipped with all the kitchen supplies needed minus the spices or cooking oils which was ok since we brought our own. Nice having an ice machine. We had plenty of space to spread out both in bedrooms and in living spaces. Great location close to shopping and restaurants and only a short walk to several beach access points. Only downside was the lack of grill. There was a Blackstone, but its just not what we were expecting. Overall, it was a great stay. Would recommend.

We had THE BEST stay and will want to rebook this house for next year. We had three couples (parents, adult kids spouses two toddlers) and the house was perfect. The pool has two levels which is great for walking toddlers that want to feel independent. The screened porch was great for early morning coffee. The front room was our nightly scrabble location. Kitchen was beautiful for our breakfast making. Location was great. Super short walk to East Beach. Short short drive to great restaurants. Local residents/neighbors were all so friendly during our multitude of walks. 10/10 stay.

This was a great house. Well furnished with a kitchen well supplied. Very clean. Great beach access and easy bike ride to the village, restaurants etc.

The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced! There was everything you could need. We ate in every night and cooking in the beautiful kitchen was pure joy!As indicated on the listing, you will need to bring your own spices and any extra garbage bags, toilet paper or paper towels you might need. But this is spelled out very clearly, which is much appreciated.The house is beautiful with so much room to spread out. The living, kitchen and dining room area is a wide open space which means everyone can be together regardless of what they are doing (cooking, tv, reading, eating, etc.). The bedrooms and baths are spacious and well appointed. The screened-in porch and beautiful pool and setting are such a bonus.Location is convenient to town, beach and grocery store.This is top 3 places we have stayed as a family. I highly recommend staying here and have already to other friends! AThank you!
