The location and accommodation are wonderful, but the organization of check-in and check-out is disgusting. We were very nervous and arrived at the apartment at 4:30. Although I asked for early check-in. We sat in the hall for 7 hours with our suitcases. Although the owner promised to at least keep our things.

Had a little trouble checking in. Instructions said to dial a number at the front door call box, but nobody answered to open the locked lobby. Someone passing by let us in. Then, the door to the unit wouldn't open, it was stuck. We did get to chat with the owner via their Ring doorbell, and it was just a stubborn door latch, but it did require a bit of force to get it to open. Unit was nice, beds were ok, kitchen was small but suited our needs (we didnt cook, we ordered takeout so I'm not sure about how well stocked it was). No checkout info was given, so we winged it.
