About this villa rental
Come and enjoy this little corner of paradise! Beautiful comfortable villa consisting of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spread over 2 independent floors. Very good value for money. Max 12 people. Enclosed garden planted with numerous Mediterranean plants. Few overlooked. The garden has been designed to allow you to make the most of your vacation outdoors. There is a bar, a complete, very well equipped outdoor kitchen (stove, oven, combi fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster). An 80cm plancha will allow you to very quickly prepare your vegetables, meat and fish for the whole family and friends. Near the kitchen there is a pergola where you can enjoy all your meals in the shade.
The 9x4.5m private swimming pool, with Roman steps and night lighting, is secured by a removable protective barrier, so if you wish, children cannot have access to the swimming pool alone. New covering in front of the swimming pool: non-slip terracotta terrace, which adds more safety. Near the swimming pool, you will find an outdoor shower, a ping-pong table, terrace with chill-out bed and magnificent sea view and Peñon de Ifach. Via a small wooden bridge you will access a solarium terrace with deck chairs and parasol. The entire garden is dotted with nighttime illuminations. All comfort for living and eating outside.
The villa is made up of 6 bedrooms, 4 very functional bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a kitchen and a living-dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd floor consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom. The 4th full bathroom is located on the pool level. In 2 of the bedrooms you can enjoy the magnificent sea view from your bed!!

Air conditioning in 4 bedrooms, each with a standing fan. The other two bedrooms are located to the north, on the lower floor and are the least exposed, they have very good pedestal fans. The main living room has a ceiling fan.
Mosquito nets have been installed on all windows.

Sheets and towels are included in the price, as well as final cleaning. Extra with supplement air conditioning according to consumption. The price includes electricity consumption of 250 kW per week, the extra kW will be billed at 0.40 euros. (Using the air conditioning only when you need it with the windows closed, a reasonable temperature, the supplement is between 0 and 30 € per week).
Arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure 10am max.

Ideal location to reach Moraira, Calpe and Benissa in a few minutes. The villa is located in the residential area of Montemar, 5km from Benissa town center and on the border with Moraira. Access from the highway exit is very easy.
3 km from the villa you will find the magnificent Cala Baladrar cove, where you can practice snorkeling and enjoy swimming, as well as the chiringuito (beach bar) on site to eat or simply have a drink in front of the sea.
The sandy beaches of Moraira are located 6 km from the villa, as well as the town center of Moraira where you will find all the shops, as well as a night market. Lots of water sports are available in the surrounding area. In addition, the villa is located 3 km from Ifach Golf Club.
