Villa Limoncello  is a splendid luxury villa for 8 people dating back to the year 1600 (some claim even further back to 1400). The villa enjoys plenty of sunlight and a lovely view of the sea and the Amalfi coast. The villa is about 300 square meters in size and has an outdoor tub, private terraces with sea views, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.

Caught between the blue of the sky and the blue of the sea, Villa Limoncello is a dreamy place. This ancient Amalfi residence will leave you breathless and spellbound with its timeless charm.
You’ll be captivated by the vast panoramic views that you can enjoy from anywhere in the house.
You won’t fail to be moved by the gorgeous sunsets which provide a backdrop for your dinners on the terrace overlooking the vast sea. You’ll be completely taken by the house’s welcoming atmosphere, complete with hand-stitched doilies from the last century by the aunts who have so loved this house and whose love for it has passed on to the guests who arrive, fall in love and return.

Villa Lomomcello is a dream that we want each of you to experience.
You’ll be about 300 metres from Piazza Flavio Gioia, the centre of Amalfi, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, the beach, the SITA bus stop and the harbour.
You won’t need a car to stay at Villa Limoncello, but if you do have one, you’ll be able to park for a fee in a nearby public car park.
You reach Villa Limoncello from the piazza, either by taking the public lift (open from 8:00 AM to 24:00) that takes you near the villa or by going up around 300 steps.

THE FIRST PRIVATE TERRACE is about 150 square metres in size and is equipped with tables and chairs, armchairs, awnings and a barbecue. You’ll enjoy a charming view of the sea and the coast from the terrace.
THE PRIVATE TUB measures 3 x 2.3 metres and the area is furnished with parasols, deck chairs and sun loungers. The tub is available from early April until late October.
THE SECOND TERRACE is furnished with a table and chairs. From here, you’ll enjoy a charming view of the sea and the coast. You access the terrace from the living room, the dining room or the bedrooms.
THE VILLA

THE LIVING ROOM is bright and elegant with the distinctive Amalfi coast style and a high vaulted ceiling. The furnishings include a sofa and a Smart TV, and the room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You’ll have access through a French window to the second terrace with a view of the sea from the living room.
THE DINING ROOM contains a beautiful dining table for eight people and has a large window with a beautiful view of the sea and Amalfi. You’ll have access through a French window to the second terrace with a view of the sea from the dining room.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an ice maker, a moka coffee pot, an americano coffee machine, a toaster and other small appliances. The room has two windows with a view of the sea and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You access the kitchen from the corridor.
THE LAUNDRY AREA contains a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Here, you’ll also find a small bathroom containing a toilet and sink. You access the laundry area from the corridor.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a safe, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom, decorated with polished handmade ceramics, contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom, decorated with polished handmade ceramics, contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and a hairdryer. You’ll have access to the second terrace with a view of the sea from the bedroom. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. THE FIFTH BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet and a shower cubicle. You access the bathroom from the corridor.

Important things to know

- The municipal elevator to the villa is open from 8 a.m. to midnight and costs 4 euros per person. Alternatively, about 40 stairs must be descended.
- Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00 hours. After 8:00 p.m. an extra charge of 50.00 euros will be required to be paid upon arrival.
- Check out: by 10:00 am.
- Porterage service, upon request
- Tourist tax: 3 euros per day per person, from April 1 to November 2; children under 10 years old do not pay.
- Security deposit: 1500.00 euros. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure in case of no damage done to the property.
- Minimum stay: 5 nights
