About this villa rental
Amazing private villa located in the heart of Amalfi, 4 suites, 5 bathrooms,private pool, garden.
Casa Massa is a welcoming private property on an ancient house dating back to the 15th century. The building ( with no elevator) is located in the oldest and most central area of Amalfi , only 150 meters away from the famous Piazza del Duomo di Amalfi (Square of the Cathedral of Amalfi), which is the rendezvous of the town. No car needed to saty at Casa Massa, if you have one you can park at the Luna Rossa parking and reach the house trough the public elevator.There are two lift facility. They are both publics and available from the pedestrian tunnel next the Parking Luna Rossa- from the Town Hall square of Amalfi.
The first starts from the above square and takes you to the panoramic cemetery that is upstream of the house, after a few steps you can walk down 110 stesp on descent. It cost euro 3 per person to get up and for free to get down. Its less directly but more convenient because not steep steps.
The second lift facility, that we suggest, its right inside the Parking Luna Rossa and takes you close to the Villa, there will be 95 steps more to climb.
This lift It cost 1 € per ride per person, and it's open from 08 am to 24.
Luggage service at check in and check out - price eur 18 per luggage, available from 08 Am to 8 Pm, not included in rental price to be paid on site.

Wonderful property! Lots of space and plenty of bedrooms. It was a great location on the amalfi coast! Lots of steps to get to the villa but we loved the challenge!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The pictures do not do it any justice. It exceeded our expectations. Bruno the manager was amazing and so was his assistant who helped us with our bags and brought fresh croissants every morning. Just beware the home has lots of steps but well worth it, as the view is out of its world. Can’t wait to return.

The villa was absolutely incredible. I’d say even more so than the listing indicated. Bruno was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We wanted to take the ferry from Salerno into Amalfi to see the coast from the water for the first time and Bruno was able to arrange a driver to meet us at the train station and take our luggage to the villa so we wouldn’t have to deal with it. He also made arrangements for a driver to take us wine-tasting and to Pompeii. The villa, bedrooms, views, pool, kitchen - just everything were amazing.
