Good location , nice design villa

Location is close to Perenana village . Lots of cafe and restaurants

The AC in the room is a let down. Not cold need to upgrade that The sliding doors some are stuck Lots of construction around but that is a common problem in Bali unfortunately

Pleasant stay

Tiling, I had the same tiles at my house when I was little.. threw me back to my younger days. Very nicely done Villa, made with love.

Nothing major as such.. just a little Mentainance work needs to be done with the shower in the pool area sleep.. and the washbasin tap.. pressure out of it is uneven and sharp, needs a little opening and cleaning I suppose, the fittings have become loose. Also Happens when rust inside. A little noisy with construction around the house at the moment. In totality the stay of three night were good.

Great place for a group, modern design.

Beautiful villa, nice facilities and lovely pool. Good for groups, plenty of food places nearby and the beach is walkable. The kitchen is nicely set up, and the dining & lounge area’s lovely. The staff are very responsive - bringing us water late at night

There’s a bit of construction- but its in reasonable hours… We had a glass preform a magic disappearing act… which was a bit of a pricey mystery (had to pay 250k for a glass…)

Nothing was good

Manager locked us in a room and was asking for extra money I will recommend booking.com to block this property as it’s totally not safe to stay They also harassed one of our female friend, we have all proves pictures n videos

It’s newly built so will get even better with time. Being next to rice paddies means lots of bugs and there is no door for the stairs so no matter how careful you are with the front door, mosquitoes will get in.

Enchanting designer villa in the middle of rice fields

I came across this villa very last minute and am so happy that I did! As it turns out, the villa only opened about a month before my stay, so was brand new. That said, everything was just as it was in the photos. I absolutely adored everything about it, and the best part was waking up to a lovely sunrise, the sound of nature and seeing Mount Batur out the window. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff was always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Daily cleaning made sure the villa was spotless, and the beach location was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable and luxurious vacation!

Nauwelijks privacy • Veel geluidsoverlast door bouwwerkzaamheden (incl. fluitende bouwvakkers) • Airco in het hoofdgebouw lekte en koelde niet • Elektriciteitsproblemen gedurende een week • Slechte of geen communicatie met de host • Host reageerde niet via Booking, waardoor compensatie vrijwel onmogelijk was • ’s Nachts is de route naar het huis erg donker • Wegdek naar het huis is gevaarlijk • Zwembadverlichting werkte niet en werd pas gerepareerd toen wij al in het huis verbleven • Badkuip niet bruikbaar (vult niet volledig) • Kussens van de ligbedden buiten zijn kapot; geen reserve bij regen • Twijfels over de hygiëne van het zwembad • Veel spinnenwebben onder het dak, onvoldoende schoongemaakt • Veel ramen zorgen voor extreem veel warmte • Wifi-problemen • Badkamers worden extreem warm • Oude en slechte pannen • Bij regen komt er water naar binnen via gaten in en rondom de deuren • Slechts 1 sleutel voor het hoofdgebouw (waar de keuken zit) • Geen buitendouche • Keuken mist basisbenodigdheden (schone schuurspons, theedoeken, goede pannen)

Zeer lieve en behulpzame conciërges die echt hun best deden Dagelijkse schoonmaak was prima Goede ligging, alles is snel bereikbaar

Je n’avais pas de petit dejeuné, on nous pas proposé la possibilité d’en avoir.

Les travaux incessant toute la journée autour de la villa, impossible de se reposer ou de se détendre. Pas de rideaux occultant dans les chambres, impossible de dormir très tôt le matin à cause de la lumière, et des insectes en tout genre partout dans la maison
