Modern 2 Bedroom Villa only 500m to the Ocean

Excellent service and very friendly team. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt brand new. There was some construction next door during our stay, but thankfully it did not affect our overall experience. The manager was very thoughtful and even provided earplugs to help us rest comfortably. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team for their excellent service and for taking such good care of us. Highly recommends

I would like to express my highest appreciation to Gus Darma and the entire team at Pantai Lima Residence for the outstanding service we received during our stay. We checked in quite late at night, actually in the early hours of the morning, and we honestly did not expect the team to still be waiting for us. Despite the very late hour, they welcomed us warmly and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival. One of the things that impressed us the most was when we needed a microwave during our stay. At that time, there was no microwave available, but within approximately one hour, Gus Darma personally came to the villa in the middle of the night and brought one for us. For us, it was not simply about getting a microwave. What truly impressed us was the initiative, care, and genuine effort to make sure our needs were taken care of, even at such an unusual hour. We also noticed how attentive the entire team was throughout our stay. Even though there did not seem to be a dedicated waiting area, the team would patiently stay in front of the villa, making sure that we were comfortable and checking whether we needed anything else. These may seem like small things, but they are exactly what makes a great hospitality experience. It shows that the team is not simply doing their job, but genuinely cares about the comfort and experience of their guests. Considering the price we paid for our stay, we honestly did not expect to receive such a high level of service and personal attention. We truly felt valued and well taken care of.
