L'hébergement offre 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour un groupe. Une place de stationnement était incluse. C'est très calme et super bien situé, proche du centre et des commerces. Petit plus qu'on a beaucoup apprécié : les ventilateurs fournis, très utiles!
Aucun drap, torchon ou serviette de bain n'est fourni. Carole nous a référé à une compagnie externe, mais celle-ci ne dessert pas Banyuls-sur-Mer. Elle nous a ensuite proposé qu'un ami nous dépanne pour 150EUR (pour 3 lits, on était 5 personnes), ce qu'on a refusé. On a dû acheter des draps housses et des torchons avant d'arriver, en voyageant depuis le Canada, on ne traîne évidemment pas ça dans nos bagages.

Good location to the town and beaches. Easy walking distance. Fans and dishwasher provided.
No bedding or hand soap being provided. Not having bedding is really inconvenient. The separate company we were directed to did not have availability on the dates we were staying so we had to provide our own, for a family of 5 this was really frustrating.

The view from the window is exceptional, everything that you might need for your comfort during your stay is already there and the owner was easy to contact with when we had some problems with the key.
In general everything was great the only inconvenience that we found was the lack of internet and if you would prefer the central beach 🏖️ it’s a little bit far to reach, everything else was perfect

Las vistas de la playa y de la montaña, excepcionales. Las camas buenas. La orientacion norte sur muy bien.
Me gusta conocer al propietario, me resulta frio coger las llaves. Habrá a quien si le resulte cómodo. No me di cuenta de que sabanas y toallas no entraban y me supuso tener que comprarlas, pues la alternativa de alquiler cuando lo quise hacer no me lo permitió. No habia papel de cocina, solo un rollo de higienico por baño, la tostadora no funcionaba, no hay manteles... en fin, se puede mejorar con algun complemento más.
