Selbstversorger, Apartment mit bester Ausstattung und freiem Blick von Terrasse, individuelle Einrichtung im gehobenen Stil Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und war sehr hilfreich in allen Dingen, sehr sympatisch. Große Dachterrasse mit Pool. Sehr ruhig.

Lage außerhalb von touristischen Einrichtungen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auto ist nötig. Kann man sich aber vorher schlau machen, also kein echter Nachteil. Beleuchtung in den Räumen sehr dunkel zum Lesen.

Amazing place for a getaway! It has everything you could possibly need and is sparkling clean. The host is super sweet and helpful, too. It’s about a 25-minute walk down to the beach—just a heads-up that it takes a bit longer coming back since it's all uphill. The view from the terrace is absolutely killer!

Just a couple of small things to note: there’s no dishwasher, and the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the TV from the floor above.

This is the best accommodation we have experienced during our last three visits to Costa Adeje. The apartment is very modern, new, clean, and fully equipped. In addition to shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap at the sink, plenty of toilet paper, two sets of towels and bath towels, the landlord also provided dishwashing liquid and dishcloths, laundry detergent, a clothes dryer with pegs, and garbage bags. The kitchen is also very well equipped with various appliances, and the landlord did not forget even small items such as a corkscrew, strainer, and oven mitts. She was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived, handed us the keys, showed us the entire apartment, and gave us a tour of the entire complex. She also left us some small and thoughtful gifts—coffee capsules, a bottle of water, wine, savory snacks to go with the wine, sweet snacks to go with the coffee, and even a selection of different teas. Ida is a truly wonderful example of a caring, communicative host who constantly makes sure that her guests are satisfied and encourages them to contact her if they have any special requests. Since Ida lives in the apartment next door, she is always available if needed, but we did not need to take advantage of this during our entire stay. We were extremely satisfied here, and if we visit Costa Adeje again, we will definitely choose to stay in Ida's apartment again. The only slightly unfavorable circumstance is the relatively high temperature in the apartment without air conditioning (which is common in apartments in Costa Adeje), so falling asleep may be difficult for some people. Ida has a large fan here, which at least helps to reduce the heat a little. With the window open, there is some noise from cars and motorcycles coming from the street, but of course it is quieter in the morning (except for the garbage collection services, which run quite often and in the early morning hours).

Alles! Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, super sauber und der Kontakt zu Ida war spitze. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, sehe freundlich und verständnisvoll. Parkplätze gab es immer direkt vor der Tür, das Internet war auch schnell und stabil, der Poolbereich ist nicht überfüllt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir mochten die Lage auf dem Hügel und nicht direkt im Touristenzentrum sehr. Alles war aber dennoch sehr schnell erreichbar.
