A lovely place with a great location and a spectacular view. A large terrace. Inside, there is everything you need.
You only have one key, and the door locks automatically, so you need to be careful not to lock yourself out.
No dishwasher.

Ideal for family
Public parking, which we didn't get closer. Always had to park at a distance and had to walk.
Could not communicate well with the owner/ staff. Just got the routine forward message. Found it difficult to find the entrance of the property.

+ Kleiner Klapptisch im Schlafzimmer ermöglicht Computer-Arbeit
+ Wifi schnell und stabil, super für Computer-Arbeit
+ Matratze im Bett ist ausreichend fest
+ Aufzug vorhanden
- Parkplätze insbesondere abends nicht direkt vor der Tür meist
- Falls für jemanden wichtig: Die Sonne kommt (im November/Dezember) erst nachmittags auf die Terrasse
- Geräusche von der Straße bei offenen Fenstern deutlich zu hören
- Rauchmelder sehr sensibel eingestellt oder ungünstig platziert (beim Kochen)

La amplitud del apartamento, sobre todo la terraza y por supuesto que dispusiera de aire acondicionado.
Muy buena ubicación también.
A la llegada el apartamento no está totalmente limpio, almohadas manchadas y la funda de la cama también manchada.
El WiFi no funcionaba, tampoco ninguna de las dos TV. Hablé con Lucy para comentárselo, me pidió video del router, se lo envié, pero no sirvió de nada, ni siquiera volvió a preocuparse.
