A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a large terrace and spectacular views of the Costa Adeje coastline. Comfortably furnished, on a well maintained complex with large swimming pool and located close to the Gran Sur shopping Mall, with shops, cafés and supermarket. Approx a 30 minute walk to the beach.
Places to visit include Siam Water Park; fantastic fun for all ages, the beautiful beaches, golf courses, boat trips to see whales and dolphins, para-gliding, scuba diving, quad safaris.....

Great views, large balcony quiet location
Balcony dining table and chairs are discoloured and worn with no seat pads.spoils the impressive balcony.
Minor point, a pvc strip at the bottom of patio door exit is getting looser and needs screwed down, two screws only required (5 minute job)
Shaving lightbulb in bathroom needs replaced .
