A good choice for a family outside Karlsruhe
This is comfortable apartment located in a quiet and peaceful area. The transfer to City centre is convenient if you are not troubled by 15 minutes train travel time.
The only low would be the lack of a proper AC system, during hot summer days. There is a mobile unit in the bedroom, but it is very noisy (couldn't sleep with it on).

The apartment is very spacious, with great facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Easy, free car parking and a few minutes walk from the S-bahn station with frequent trains into the centre. A few minutes walk or drive from a couple of supermarkets as well.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Everything had been taken care of. Very thoughtful owner who had even taken care of a baby baths and some toys for our kid.

Sehr gute Erfahrung und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Unterkunft ist recht neu, modern, ruhig, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und groß. Parkplatz ist verfügbar. Wir haben ein Babybett für unseren Sohn bestellt, und war auch problemlos und kostenlos vorbereitet. Problemlose Check-in.
Wir waren dort im Sommer bei 37grad. In einer Dachgeschosswohnung war natürlich warm. Trotzdem durch große Fenstern, Rolladen und eine mobile Klimaanlage ist es alles in Ordnung.

Nicht so ruhig wie erwartet
Die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung war wirklich toll. Sehr sauber, hell, freundlich. Sehr komfortable und einfache Anreise für Geschäftleute.
Es war leider nicht so ruhig, wie ich erwartet hatte und wie es im Titel der Wohnung stand (Trittschall der Whg. darunter hört man ziemlich stark). Ein bisschen Liebe hat noch bei der Ausstattung gefehlt.
