Great location. Very comfortable and spacious. The renter was very kind!!!
Nothing it was great, as a North Carolina Teacher, everything is tough to pay for, but it was TOTALLY worth it. I have nothing bad to say.

The location was one block from the public beach access.
Really enjoyed the two decks, front and back.
Two bedrooms had nice space and were quiet considering the road traffic. Two bathrooms.
Outdoor shower was essential to keeping sand out of the home.
Shrubs and tree foliage made the property feel very private.
Clean and stocked with essential home items.
Small parking area and difficulty seeing road when pulling out due to foliage.
There was a person renting the below space, but was not present during our stay. This was not disclosed when viewing and selecting the property to rent. We wouldn't have had enough parking and maneuverability if there was another car in the parking area.
Was a bit overpriced for an average income family.

location was excellent, nice cozy and clean. The facilitator/owner was very responsive and kept me informed the entire time of process. Great communications. Highly recommended.
the only thing is maybe a bit priced for this time of year in late may, early june but like everything else, prices have risen. But that is only thing I can think of, the place was great
