Location is great, rooms have a nice vibe.
Rooms are very little, and getting into two different elevators to go to your room is tedious, specially when there’s loads of people trying to get in or out.

Clean the room is very nice the view is beautiful the service is great and helpful I will stay again I loved it I stayed xtra day so convenient

The location was very central for Shibuya so good for shopping and lots of bars. Hotel also had a nice 'rooftop' terrace / beer garden.
The room was microscopic. The only place to lay out a full sized suitcase was in the hallway between the bathroom and the door, which means it's constantly in the way. That would've been annoying if it was only 1 traveller, but we were 2, so the room felt very claustrophobic.
Extremely expensive for food and drink as well, I think we paid almost 7k yen for 4 beers and a bowl of hot chips. They add a service charge to everything, including the buffet breakfast.
