Location was excellent being near the train station and centrally located. Everywhere was within walking distance or could be access if I jumped on the train. Owner provided useful local information and was responsive and timely in answering to my questions. Place was very well set up and had all the facilities as advertised eg washing machine, kettle, fridge, kitchen sink and items like a cook top, microwave which we did not use.
Was on the ninth floor and with the balcony glass door fully close, because of its central location I could occassionally hear sudden loud noise from surrounding neighbour on the ground floor at 2-3am in the morning.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Shibuya. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, public transportation, and many of the area’s main attractions. The neighborhood is lively, energetic, and full of things to do, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Despite being in such a vibrant area, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and overall it made our experience in Tokyo even more memorable.
