Estaba muy bien ubicado, calidad precio estupendo

faltaba una puerta o persona en la cocina

Si, me gustó tenia lo justo.

Pues para empezar la ropa de cama no olían a limpio, las almohadas eran de muy mala calidad y se notaba hasta rotas el envoltorio de la almohada. Luego, muchas casas que alquilo los utensilios son de buena calidad y está casa las sartenes estaban en muy mal estado. En muchas casas nos dan hasta fruta o bebidas de bienvenida y en esta solo hubo un paquete de sal sabe dios de cuando y dos rollos de papel higiénico que se agradecen pero si me sorprendió la poca hospitalidad del recibiemiento.

The location is great, the promenade is within the walking distance. The bathroom is quite renovated, the furniture is quite fresh. The building is well cared.

The building is not modern, there is no modern ventilation/heating system there, it would be nice to consider some upgrade in this area. The appartment has some smell of old building that can be solved with aromatic diffuser. To increase the comfort: The towels&kitchen cabinets require upgrading. It would increase the comfort if the windows would be upgraded/better sealed, I stayed there during winter-early spring when the weather was cold and it was a bit cold at times. But I believe it is not a problem during summer.

Ligging dicht bij de plaats (plaza Del Mar), waar we iedere vertrokken voor de M4DW.

Veel kleine beschadigingen. Geen contactpersoon ter plaatse, alles op afstand via iPhone met verhuurkantoor. Er diende een borgsom van 400€ betaald te worden aan het agentschap, eer we de toegangsprocedure tot de studio kregen en hoewel daar trouwens niets van vermeld stond bij de boeking! Duurde overigens 2 weken en verschillende malen sms’en eer ik die terughad op mijn rekening.
