Good location.

Location and size of the property was great.

Hot water in the property was limited in case someone took long showers. The balcony door was had an issue. Parking was charged on daily basis. It would have been helpful if it had been included in the price.

The apartment was absolutely lovely! Clean and modern with beautiful terrace, great location and even pool downstairs. Teresa was such a great host, super friendly and easy to reach whenever we needed. Communication was smooth from start to finish, which made everything really comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again! 💛

Beyond expectations

Everything was perfect. Teresa was a lovely host, the apartment was really clean and the beds were really comfortable! And it has all the amenities you could possibly need. Our family truly enjoyed the days we’ve spent in Marbella and would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone!

An immaculate apartment with a great location near to the beach and shops.

An elegant apartment just like the photos, very spacious for 4 adults and plenty of storage. Comfortable beds, electric blinds and great facilities although we did not use all of them. The hosts were easy to reach if we needed to contact them and gave advice where to go to eat and visit.

I enjoyed my stay and I definitely recommend this apartment.

A lovely apartment, very well equipped and furnished. The apartment is located at the centre of Marbella, close to many restaurants and bars. Although it is not in the first line, it is just 5 minutes walk to the passeo marítimo and the beach.

Lovely apartment excellent location

Lovely apartment very clean, superb location, 5 min walk to promenade and beach, 10 mins to Orange Square and old town. Lots of bars and restaurants in area. Owner very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would stay here again

Bit disappointed with the pool area, however our stay was out of season which probably affected that

The only slight thing is the bedding could do with being updated. Master bed pillows were very hard and sheets were getting bobbly. It’s a minor thing but would have made the stay 100%.

This property is fabulous, it’s fully modernised and has everything you could wish for. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the beach and the main promenade.

Mysig central lägenhet.

Lägenheten var ren och snygg. Sängarna var bekväma. Köket var bra utrustat. Läget nära till gamla stan, stranden, restauranger och livsmedelsaffärer. Lägenheten låg i ett lugnt område. Saknades det något i lägenheten så fixade Teresa det omgående. Hon var väldigt hjälpsam.

Eftersom vi åkte i januari så nådde solen inte in på hela balkongen.

À y retourner sans problème.

L’établissement était tellement bien situé pour nous. Restaurants, pharmacie et une épicerie leurs situations pour s’y rendre c’était fantastique. Tout se faisait sans voiture. Nous avions la mer à cinq minutes de marches. C’était l’idéal pour tous.
