Good location, good communication, very clean. The shower had an issue that was fixed right away.
The outside of the building is grubby, near a bus stop and a big tunnel but that is a city issue, not the operators fault.

Great location, easy to access. Good communication, friendly and clean. Excellent A/C! Plenty of pillows, toilet paper and toiletries throughout our stay. This was a great home base for our pizza competition and we’re thrilled to have cooking space, a stove and plenty of fridge space! Loved that there was plenty of space to host people if we wanted, two pull out bed options and tons of storage space. Washing machine was an added bonus!
Construction during stay but wasn’t obtrusive. Interior building door was missing handle and door was not closed properly for part of our stay. Door handle did get fixed, we felt more comfortable knowing the door was properly secured/ closed. Wish there were a few more outlets to plug our converter into to charge our phones, computers and other items into.

Location is very close to the embankment, save district. The space was clean.
All windows and the balcony face an ugly inn-yard, that is under reconstruction at the moment, no way to open any of it. The shower is attached to bedroom, and if you go to sleep and another person is taking a shower you are waked up. Mosquitoes. The apartment wasnt ready at 15p,m when we arrived and we had to wait till 16^30 with nо excuses from the host(( At the same time, when we asked to keep our bag for an hour after 10^30 the host answered that is impossible.
