-Extremely friendly staff. Mounira was very helpful, gave as plenty of advice and local insights. Communication was very easy.
-Great location, with convenient parking, restaurants and shopping options nearby.
-We loved staying in Chiaia. The neighborhood is quieter and feels safer than other parts of the city, yet it is still central. Most attractions are still at walking distance. Convenient if you plan to watch a football game at Maradona Stadium.
-Comfortable and spacey apartment, ideal for a family of five.
-Well equipped with kitchenware and great Neapolitan coffee machine. Nice decor, just like in the pictures.
-We were really happy in the place. If I had to mention one issue, one of the beds was firmer than what we are used to.

The host Mounira so nice. She knew that I have difficulty walking, so she came to see me personally, recommended nearby places that are easy for me to access, and gave me thoughtful advice on getting around.
She has great taste and decorated the apartment beautifully. This is the most welcoming place I have ever stayed in. Every switch is labeled with a small illustration showing which appliance it controls. Details like this made me feel truly cared for.
On the street-facing side, there is a small window ledge where you can smoke while enjoying the street view. The street below is narrow but very lively, and you can see the everyday hustle and bustle of Naples. There is also a very good café downstairs where I had breakfast and coffee for three consecutive days.
My friend and I both liked this place very much. We will definitely come back again.
