Excellent apartment, very clean and spacious. The supermarket on the ground floor is very convenient.
The location is perfect for exploring the souks, gardens, and many cafes and restaurants close by.
The owner responded immediately to messages, and was very helpful and patient!
It took us a bit longer to find than expected, as mobile network coverage was intermittent, and even locals weren't sure about the exact location - easier if we had known it is above Aswak Assalam supermarket.

This apartment is exactly as the pictures show. Clean, cosy and had all we needed. All facilities stated on the listing are there. The owner was professional and polite. There’s a supermarket on the ground floor of the front side of the building and this was very convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk to one of the gates to the old Medina, souk and the square. Walking distance to other places of interest.
The location is hectic! This has nothing to do with the property but the building is in a busy area and it was under renovation. This was made worse by the rains. While that is temporary, the foyer at the entrance on ground floor needs more lighting.

La taille de l’appartement ! Très grand, 2 chambres, 2 salons et 2 salles de bains
La disponibilité du propriétaire (autant pour nous guider le soir de notre arrivée en visio, qu’en ayant changer très rapidement le moteur du frigo défaillant), merci
Un magasin juste en dessous pour les courses
20 minutes environ du souk
L’emplacement, ruelle avec beaucoup de mendiants en bas, sale ++
L’insonorité qui n’est pas du tout correcte surtout dans la grande chambre
Il serait nécessaire de changer les casseroles et autres ustensiles !

Appartamento grande e posizione comoda per il centro
Edificio mezzo diroccato, atrio e ascensore maleodoranti, camera al 4 piano ma con tanti rumori dalla strada, buchi e fili a vista in camera, affaccio su un cantiere, 4 tv ma non si poteva vedere nulla.
