Nicola will do everything she can to make sure your stay is perfect.

Only a short stay and this was an ideal location for me to go and meet friends nearby. I would recommend this as a base for exploring the Scottish borders and surrounding area.

Heaven is a place on earth !

Beautiful setting, lovely friendly relaxed and extremely helpful hostes. Pod was amazing ! It was cosy comfy and had eveything needed to hand. From the loveliest fluffiest towels that smelled of lemons to extra blankets that we didnt need. It was peaceful and just bliss. Xx

Met all our requirements

Had everything would need for a short stay. Lovely views from the accommodation and very quiet. Easy to relax when arrived back at pod. Exactly what we were looking for.

Minor leak in the shower tray seal. Nicola was aware when we informed her but due to not wanting to let down any of her bookings and pod not being vacant long enough to address this. Not really a criticism, we felt bad adding to the issue each time used it and only slight negative could think of.

The location was perfect it was so peaceful and quiet also it was only 5 min drive to the closest town. The farm pod was absolutely spotless and was a lovely size there was plenty of room to move around. The host Nicola gave us a warm welcome on arrival and made us feel at home she was also very helpful with answering any questions we had.

It’s a perfect place to stay - good location to get to Edinburgh and the borders, quiet, with nature, good secure parking, comfortable bed, warm pod in a nano second, good shower and lovely hosts who make it so easy to just want to come back time and time again.

Comfy, peaceful and perfect for my needs.

Location close to where I needed to work. Easy to find. Excellent pre-visit info. Comfy with lots of extra touches that made the stay even more comfortable. Lovely welcome. Lovely rural location that was peaceful with great views - the horses being a nice extra. I will most certainly book again if I am heading to the area again. Thank you for being great hosts.

Small, cosy, cute, FANTASTIC!

It was small, cute and cosy but was immaculately clean. The location was perfect to be near Edinburgh but still give you fantastic country. Our host was lovely, she came out to meet us when we first arrived and gave us a short tour of the place for all the important information we needed. They even had storage for my Motorbike! Overall, fantastic and would definitely stay here again!!!

Magical!

We had such a magical stay in these pods! Nicola has thought of everything with the design and detail in the pods. It was so peaceful and it was lovely that Nicola met us on the way in to make sure we had anything we needed and knew where everything was - this was a really nice touch and made us really comfortable in the space. The weather wasn't great when we stayed but if i'm honest that made the whole experience so much more cosy, I can imagine it will also be so beautiful in the summer months. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of hangers and space to put your things, plenty of lighting, and also an ample amount of plugs for anything you need to charge. The cooking space is small, but again perfect for a couple of nights. It's great for to switch off and recharge! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return - thank you!

Easy going and very relaxing stay.

I prefer to book properties with character and not the usual corporate chain offerings. This was very unique and offered a peaceful settlement with views whilst being nearby to my work that week.

I would have liked blackout blinds as it does get light very early. Apart from that, it was very comfortable.

This property just feels so special. It is a 30 minute drive to Edinburgh and 5 minute drive to Haddington. Had a delicious meal at the Waterside Bistro followed by a beautiful walk. Nicola is so lovely and just felt like you were seeing a friend again. The property has everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommended.
