Very modern apt in a clean building. Easy access to the first floor apt via the security entrance and lift. (4 floors in all). Good facilities, inc washing machine, dish washer large fridge / freezer, powerful hair dryer, cooking facilities. Fantastic views of mountains from balcony inc the evening sunsets. Whilst the traffic noise didn't bother us, it would if you're not used to some noise....it wasn't that busy. Close to large supermarket, local restaurants & bars - nice area for a vacation. We were delighted with the service received from the Vacation Benalmadena Team, Solana & David, who were polite, friendly and professional in their contact with us during our stay. Would return to this apt if available next time we visit Benalmadena.
The pool was not available from October onwards as I felt it was warm enough to use during our stay. (the sea was warmer). However, this appears to be the same for most communal buildings in the area. Perhaps details of the dates when the pool is accessible would be useful when chosing an apartment.
