Апартамента е голям, светъл и има достатъчно удобства за да изкараш и по- дълъг престой. На близо има хранителен магазин, пекарни, заведения за бързо хранене и ресторанти. Изкарахме си супер.

Има малък проблем с паркирането, но съвсем на близо има подземен паркинг където може да се паркира срещу минимална сума.

Bel appartement, une TV qui fonctionne correctement, du bon café dans la cuisine, on se sent chez soi. Apprécié : l'ascenseur (5ème étage). Voisins discrets et serviables.

Bien que le propriétaire ait indiqué la marche à suivre en cas d'arrêt de fonctionnement du chauffage au gaz, les explications n'étaient pas très claires : 1. il y avait trois compteurs de gaz dans le couloir et nous ne savions pas lequel était le nôtre pour le relancer (en fait, c'est celui de droite). 2. Nous ignorions où était "l'unité centrale" pour rappuyer sur le bouton. Il aurait pourtant suffi d'une photo pour indiquer où elle se trouvait dans l'appartement (porte un peu cachée, à droite de l'évier). De telles précisions pourraient être utiles pour les prochains occupants de l'appartement.

This apartment presented a frustrating paradox: its location and size were very good, but the condition of the property and the standard of service were extremely poor. The main positives are the apartment's size, it was very spacious and comfortable for a family, and its superb accessibility. It is very close to the metro station, and within easy walking distance of several supermarkets and restaurants.

However, the experience quickly soured due to several major issues. Firstly, communication with the owner was sporadic and unhelpful. More critically, the apartment was in a state of extreme disrepair and was filthy upon arrival. We could not check-in at noon as we had to wait because apparently needed cleaning. When we were finally allowed in, it was evident that little to no cleaning had actually taken place. Everything was visibly dirty, from the floors and cabinets to the upholstery. The sofa and dining chairs were heavily stained. Furthermore, the bed in the middle bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, as the mattress had a noticeable hole in it, indicating a severe lack of basic maintenance. We were profoundly disappointed by the state of the property.
