The Apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and was very clean and quite close to the centre ( 25 min walk or even closer with the drive) We were 5 of us and it was very comfortable.
Well, It did not have a kitchen ( With Cooktop to cook) It would have been nice to have a kitchen with a cooktop and not just a sink.

Easy access to trams, clean and well appointed apartments. Our host was very responsive and fixed a couple of small issues very quickly. Kitchenettes each had a coffee maker and a tea kettle, microwave, a small refridgerator, and basic dishes/silverware. We used all 4 apartments for our group.
A lot of stairs to get to the apartment. Not a big deal, just be prepared.

Good central location, easy check-in process, overall decent place to stay and good value for money.,
Third floor, lots of windy stairs, easy to trip, no elevator. No guaranteed parking. Even though there are spaces and it's not a paid zone, I cannot advertise my property as Free public parking and then tell my customer - find a spot on the street yourself.. A parking lot should be isolated on its own, not on the street.. Kitchen facilities can be improved. Bathroom, being on the last floor, has a low water pressure. Not great, but understandable.
