Dichtbij station. Heel veel aparte en relatief grote ruimten op één verdieping: aparte keuken, slaapkamer, ruime zitkamer, badkamer, prettig ingericht.
Er viel niets tegen, alles klopte.

It was in a good position. It had a lift which was useful with the cases. Instructions were sent for unlocking the property etc which were clear
It was very hot and we couldn’t use the air conditioning in the bedroom as the remote control was missing. There was a different remote for the unit in the lounge. I emailed the company but they seem to mostly send out standard emails and so didn’t respond

Very charming apartment and really at a great location. It has everything you need, including a washer, which makes a great place to include as a strategic stop after or before places like Firenze and Pisa. Very easy process to interact with the owner who communicates well and is honest. It is right at an entrance of Lucca which makes for a perfect spot to reach the train station as well as explore the inner parts of the city by walking.
Nothing to complain. The wifi password is a bit long and convoluted, but it is understandable as the owner might be concerned with more protective measures.
