Great location, modern apartment with great amenities. Had everything we needed and more for a 4 night city break.

The apartment was clean, spacious and great modern facilities

Excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment looks modern and recently renovated. Communication was easy and check-in instructions were clear. When we reported an issue with the bedding, the management responded quickly and provided a replacement set.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The floor had hair and debris, the bathroom needed more thorough cleaning, there was visible dust on the uncovered parts of the sofa bed and bottom sheet didn't look fresh. Although the cleaner was still working in the apartment 15 minutes after the official check-in time, the cleaning appeared incomplete. The apartment has a great location and a pleasant interior, but the cleaning standards should be improved. With better attention to cleanliness, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Grundausstattung für die versprochene Leistung bescheiden. Keine Spüllappen, kein Geschirrhandtuch, schmutzige Toilette (unhygienisch), verdrecktes Sofa, kaputte Heizung. Glücklicherweise ging die Klima, die auch heizen konnte. Ohne sofortigen Einkauf und Selbstreinigung kein Wohnen möglich..Bettdecke für eine Person mit 2×2 Überzug. Es gipfelte in einem Stromausfall mit Bedienungsanleitungsvideo zum Gang in den Keller mit Eigereparatur.
