Location and cleanliness

It was good

The door code entry was nice. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of cookware and dishes:) Comfy beds and clean condo unit. The beach view was great!

In the front bedroom , an electrical cord was running across the floor in front of the television which presented a tripping hazard. The front bathroom shower pressure was too much with no way to reduce it. I have never stayed anywhere with a shower like that! The cloth couch and cloth side chair looked dirty . When you sat on the balcony, you could see the people in the next unit which wasn't good for privacy:(

Close to everything!

One two things I think need updated.. the dryer lint tray needs replaced. It’s broken and you need to be careful cleaning it out or you’ll get your finger! .. it also pops out randomly when drying causing the door to open so I was constantly monitoring it and turning it back on. Second is if you don’t think about taking the knob off the cabinet under the sink then you won’t be able to open the oven door all the way making it hard to get food in and out.

Location

Only ONE parking pass. Doesn’t matter. You’re SOL. Nobody gives a crap. So be prepared. It’s a question on the booking sight. Not actually in the description. I was not aware until I received my confirmation email when it was already too late to cancel with a refund. There is not overflow parking so it’s up to you to try to find a safe place to park your vehicle overnight. Oh. Not to mention you have to pay to park & walk about half a mile. Super fun to do with kids (especially in the rain). I was told I would be contacted with a solution from the Alabama Beach Vacation Rentals (ALBVR) or someone from the property, but I never received a call.
