Modern & a good size.
Unfortunately the shower head was broken & the chrome in the bathroom had green bits on it which is unappealing to the eye.
Also the location was on a party street until very late/early hours of the morning. Fortunately we only stayed Sunday night.

Die Wohnung ist in einem neuen Apartmenthaus und ist sehr gut und hochwertig eingerichtet.
Man hat in der Küche alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt inklusive einer sehr guten Kaffeemaschine.
Der Blick vom Balkon auf St. Nikolaus Kirche ist wunderschön.
Check in and out haben über Schlüsselkästen reibungslos funktioniert.
Die Zentralheizung war super, sehr wichtig, wenn man im Winter in Volos ist.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein öffentliches Parkhaus und zum Fährhafen sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß.
Wir fanden es fabelhaft, im Sommer kann es u.U. etwas laut werden, da viele Cafés und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Η τοποθεσία, το νεόδμητο κτηριο και ο περιποιημένο εσωτερικός χωρος. Δεν έλειπε τιποτα απο το διαμέρισμα. Υπέροχο!
Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία.
Εχει λίγη φασαρία ο δρόμος, αλλά τον χειμώνα με κλειστά παράθυρα κοιμηθήκαμε μια χαρα. Μας ενόχλησε το αρωματικό που ειχαν βάλει στα σεντόνια. Πολύ έντονο. Αν καποιος εχει αλλεργίες σε τεχνητά αρώματα να το επικοινωνήσει.
