Gostei da localização, do tamanho das várias divisões do apartamento, da qualidade dos materiais que nele existem, da cozinha e do terraço.
Do espaço para estacionar que é bastante exíguo especialmente para quem estiver com um carro médio/grande como era o meu caso.

- Appartement spacieux et bien organisé, très bien pour 4 à 6 personnes.
- Luminosité des pièces, notamment la pièce à vivre.
- Immeuble calme et moderne.
- La présence d'une place de parking.
- La disponibilité et la réactivité de notre contact sur place.
- La propreté : des petits points de détail relevés. Par exemple : poussière massive sur les plinthes, toilettes pas totalement propres, vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine qu'il a fallu nettoyer, le bac d'aspirateur plein…
- La place de parking difficile d'accès.
- le badge du parking ne fonctionnant pas (piles usées et non changées)

Great location for exploring Caen. River cycle path was lovely into the city.
The terrace was great although a working umbrella would have helped with the extreme heat. Car park was good. Frustrating we could not get the tv working as we wanted to keep up with the Tour de France (the purpose of our visit).
The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows thin.
More dishing washing tablets and tea towels would have been useful.

overall it matched the pictures and was comfortable and had all amenaties
odd to have the ensuite with a sofa bed that was not made up. The key pick up was a mess and would suggest they change this process. not the owners fault as it was very hot and with no aircon it made enjoying the stay in the appartmnet could not be fully enjoyed.
