Milla Apartments

这是我能想到的在多洛米蒂最好的居住体验了！已经激情发了小红书（The Red Note） 1、【空间和适合居住的人数】 小木屋非常舒适、通透，大概有200平米左右，两个卧室。一个大主卧有套内洗手间、通过一个露台（露台还有床你敢信吗！）和次卧相连；次卧有两张1.2米左右的床。整体来说这个屋子其实适合4-6人来住 2、【交通方便】 门口有320.2公交车，虽然班次不多但是够用。 3、【干净整洁】 整个房间收拾得很干净，毛巾、洗护有，除了牙刷需要自备。我和闺蜜在这里做了三顿晚餐，一切都舒适得像做梦一样！厨房的餐具、锅碗瓢盆都非常干净、选品也很有品味。 4、【装修风格和设施】 非常现代简洁高级！！！就是你能想到的美剧里的老钱家庭经常说的“I have a lovely house in valley”，就是那种高级的小木屋！！二期这个屋子竟然有整筐整整齐齐的你木柴、以及一个很好操作的壁炉。可以想见冬天来滑雪会有多开心

没有任何不满意，希望我还能有机会住这里！！ 因为太喜欢这个民宿，所以我和朋友走之前将房间收拾得非常干净，还收到了房东的感谢邮件🥰 （其实有天晚上我们回去后因为无法开门，给房东电话我还语气很差的发了脾气，so sorry！）

Het appartement was met veel oog voor detail ingericht en afgewerkt. En heel fijn de ruimte voor sport en welness.

We misten een nespresso machine. Dat had het iets makkelijker gemaakt om zelf koffie te zetten.

Ruhig gelegen. Super Panoramafenster. Modern und neu. Inklusive Parkplatz

Spärliche Kücheneinrichtung. Etwas unsauber. (Haare von Vormietern im Bett.

Really good location. Close to grocery store and old section of Brixen. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was wonderful. Bathrooms with nice hot water and rain shower heads! Private parking was really nice.

Some design flaws that did not make the property as user friendly as one would like. Keypad entry did not match the code we were emailed and required an international call to the property management to reset. The physical key provided did not match the unit and we were never delivered one, but the wrong one was picked up. Why could they not deliver the correct one? WhatsApp number for reception should have been given in the email, as well as all of the apartment details (WiFi, amenities, explanation of heating and lighting controls). We immediately had issues of how to control the outer window blinds as well as the temperature. Bedrooms did not have a luggage stand, Second bedroom had no pillow covers, drip coffee filters did not match the cone and we had to buy a coffee maker. Kitchen equipment was a bit limited, but all of it was functional. Property management was responsive, but did not know the apartment well. We asked where the controls for the outer shades were and were told a manager needed to be consulted after we sent pictures to the reception. One response was that it would be dark soon and that it would not be an issue. I had to reiterate that the shades worked as privacy as well as light blocking and that we were on the ground floor. Not the response that we wanted to hear. After a few hours we were made aware of the controls via WhatsApp. Overall, the apartment seemed a bit “over designed” and lacked some functionality. Overhead lighting in the apartment bedrooms was minimal and heating/cooling functions were overly complex. A Japanese designed drip coffee maker is great when you have the correct “cone” bottom shaped filters. When you provide “flat” bottom shaped filters the coffee grounds blow through them. The correct filters are not readily available and are not at the local store. I bought a coffee maker at the store after this frustration and took it home. Maybe a back up coffee system or making sure the correct filters are on hand?
